SAFEEus.org is proud to announce the appointment of Kris Schneider to the BOD. Kris joins SAFEE as the Director of Awareness.
In this role, Kris's responsibilities include business development, fundraising and sales leadership, performance management, talent acquisition and change management. Kris is a ‘servant leader’ with a history of innovative and creative approaches to team development. She will work with SAFEE to augment its human capital development goals by delivering high impact learning strategies and engagement programs to close the gaps in performance and ultimately improve the bottom line.
Kris will assist in developing awareness and fundraising programs, recruiting sponsors and volunteers, and encouraging support through promotional activities. Kris will work closely with the Director of Capital Campaigns, the Director of Financial Awareness, the Director of R&D and the CFO. These five Directors play a pivotal role in the future of SAFEE as well as the success and advancement of Human Trafficking Survivors. Kris's superior skills in research, proposal writing, marketing and promotional activities along with developing fundraising events, organizing campaigns and training volunteers will serve her well in this position.
